This policy covers jarredcurcio.com, the site for Jarred Curcio and TRUE Fitness & Focus. It is written in plain language on purpose. Here is what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect, and when
You can read everything on this site without giving us anything. We collect information only when you choose to hand it to us:
- Free resources and the newsletter. Your name, email, and an optional phone number, so we can deliver what you asked for and stay in touch.
- Applications and consultation requests. The answers you give on the form, such as your goals, your obstacles, and how to reach you. Jarred uses them to prepare for a real conversation with you.
- Playbook comments and likes. If you comment on a post, we store the name and comment you submit so it can be displayed. View and like counts are stored as anonymous totals.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the resource you requested, respond to your application or message, and send you emails about training, events, and coaching. Form submissions are sent to the customer relationship platform we use to manage email and text messaging, and they are used for the purposes above. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Payments
When you enroll in a program online, your card details go straight to Square, our payment processor, inside a secure field that Square controls. Card numbers never touch this site. We keep your name, email, phone, and the Square customer and payment references so we can support your enrollment. Square's handling of your card is governed by Square's own privacy policy.
Where form submissions go
Submissions are sent to the customer relationship platform we use to manage email and text messaging, and a copy is kept in our own database so nothing you send us is lost if that platform is unavailable. If a submission cannot reach the platform, it is emailed to Jarred directly.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you, to see which pages are visited. We may also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. These tools tell us things like page views and which button was pressed; they do not give us the contents of any form.
Email consent
When you request a free resource or subscribe to The Playbook, you agree to receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
Text message consent
Phone numbers are always optional. We send text messages only if you give us your number and check the box agreeing to receive them. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like nearly all web hosts, Vercel keeps standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These exist for security, reliability, and performance. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Links to other places
This site links out to The Focus Room, SUPERNOVA, the Genius at Work Podcast, Instagram, and ticketing and checkout pages run by other companies. Once you follow a link away from here, that destination is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under thirteen.
