What this site is
This site describes coaching, programs, events, and software from Jarred Curcio and TRUE Fitness & Focus. Unless a page says otherwise, the content is informational. Coaching engagements begin with a conversation, and only what we put in writing to you directly is binding.
Muscle & Mindset purchase terms
When you enroll in the Muscle & Mindset program, these are the terms:
- $1,200 charged up front for the twelve week program, delivered the day you enroll.
- $250 per month recurring, beginning at week thirteen, for continued coaching. Month to month thereafter.
- Thirty days notice is required to cancel the monthly continuation. Cancellation is initiated by you contacting Jarred directly at jarred@truefitnessatx.com or (512) 230-1027.
- All sales are final. No refunds.
The program requires real commitment and real work. Results depend on you doing that work, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.
Other programs and events
Prices and terms for other offerings, including One Hour With Jarred, The Focus Room, events, and the PED software, are stated on their own pages or agreed with you directly, and may change. Tickets and checkouts handled by outside platforms, such as Square, Calendly, or ticketing sites, are also subject to those platforms' terms.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Strength training, conditioning, fasting, and nutrition changes carry inherent risk. Speak with a qualified physician before beginning any training or nutrition program, particularly if you have an existing condition or injury. You are responsible for training within your own limits.
Our content
The Jarred Curcio and TRUE Fitness & Focus names, marks, photography, program materials, and written content on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission. Third party names and logos that appear incidentally remain the property of their owners.

Availability
